Please make sure to subscribe for the 2025 season to avoid any disruption in service.
New subscriptions are $150 and this gets you an NFC TAP enabled interactive window decal that points to your business on the map.
Return subscribers receive a loyalty discount of $30. A separate email will be sent to you with a discount code for online subscription. Contact us if you need your discount code. If you already have your window decal in your window, make sure to choose the “No Decal” option for another $10 off.

NEW TAPNBE DESTINATIONS WEBSITE: As businesses or Business Improvement Associations change their mapmarkers/maps the new Tapnbe Destinations website will change in real time. This new website gives destinations a powerful presence on the web for further promotion of their businesses.
NEW ANALYTICS: In August 2024 we brought up new data analytic capabilities that allow us to use the vast amount of data from tag interactions to better understand what tourists are looking for in Cape Breton. The data showed clearly that there was a huge presence at St. Patrick’s Church Museum every time a cruise ship docked so we place another point of interaction at the site and were able to double the scan rate at this site.
TAPNBE SMART EVENTS: The Cape Breton Wayfinding map uses map filters and self-guided tours to further engage with visitors and locals and now we are excited to offer Tapnbe Smart Events that focus on particular events such as food crawls, hamburger week, retail days etc. The Lunenburg Board Of Trade created the first Tapnbe Smart Event in Nova Scotia called “Holiday Shop Hop” in November and it was so successful and well received that they did a second Holiday Shop Hop in December. This month they are doing yet another Smart Event called “Lobster Crawl Shop Hop”.
FREE TAPNBE LINKs: LINKs is our most popular service and we are offering it free to Tapnbe Wayfinding subscribers to use on their mapmarker and social media profiles. Check out Tapnbe’s company LINKs in any of our social media profiles.
TAPNBE SMART DISPLAYS: In 2024 we provided free Smart Displays to some Wayfinding subscribers. We see scans on some of these displays regularly and not on others, so please make sure your display is out for visitors and locals to scan.
